So, give Leaning Tower at Uptown a visit, and try the rings and pizza. No kidding … that’s what sets it aside from other thin crust pizzas. View competitors, revenue, employees, website and phone. Over the years of visiting Leaning Tower, I’ve discovered it’s THE BEST DAMN SAUCE AROUND. Kevin Harrington (trade name Leaning Tower of Pizza) is in the Pizzeria, Independent business. As for the pizza, I always try to find something special I like about an entree that just about any restaurant in the city can make. Make no mistake, these are genuine rings. I’m including a pic of the pizza, but forgot to take a pic of the rings, which were spectacular. We knew what we were going to get, so as soon as the waitress arrived, were ordered the “Leaner” specialty pizza (medium) and half order of onion rings. We were fortunate to walk in and be seated immediately. I mention this, because if you choose to visit this fine restaurant on a Saturday during the Spring / Summer, be prepared, as all dining establishments can be rather crowded. Sysco has one called Stage Coach that is VERY GOOD and they are right there in town.Visited the Leaning Tower of Pizza located at Uptown Ankeny during a Farmer’s Market being held just a few blocks away. OK, I admit that before I had your Italian dressing I too thought that home made was always the route to go but you have proven me WRONG! And how about a French or some type of red dressing. And maybe try an Italian dressing out of a bottle instead of the one you make.
Hidden Valley ranch has to be one of the most popular dressings out there. The lettuce is pre chopped and out of a bag which doesn't score any points with me to begin with so for GOD'S SAKE get some new salad dressings! But it appears as though they are back at their game!
